Suzhou Lixin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., originally a state-owned accounting firm, was founded by Suzhou municipal auditing authority in 1988. With the privatalization of Chinese accounting firms since November 1999, Suzhou Lixin reorganized to be a private firm, and have 7 experienced CPAs as incorporators. Till now there are five departments established internally for business development. They are:

2. Audit Dept II    (all around service)
